HTC 2011 Roadmap Leaked

It seems as if HTC will be carrying on in 2011 in a similar vein to the past couple of years and churning out multiple handsets but what we would really love to find out is, with the plethora of handsets being produced, what is the overtime bill at the Taiwanese manufacturer?

pocketnow has published its now yearly leaked schedule of HTC phones with some psychedelic images, and since it has got things pretty spot-on in recent years we can look on this as pretty reliable info for what we will be seeing in the coming year.

First up is what looks like a large-screen (over 4in) device that could be destined only for China (see image below). It has a similar swirl logo on the top which can be seen on the HTC Oboe which is currently available on China Telecom. The square design reminds us of the Desire HD but we may never see it on this side of the world. Of more interest to us here in Europe could be HTC's new flagship handset which boasts a more rounded design and a front-facing camera. The phone could be a new take on the original Desire but HTC has gotten rid of the trackpad altogether and the handset will most likely run Android if the button configuration is anything to go by.
Speaking of buttons, another image of a button-less phone which initially appeared with Verizon-branding last week, has again shown up, this time with HTC-branding on the top. There is also a new mid- to low-range handset with physical send and receive buttons and an optical trackpad underneath. The four capacitive buttons underneath points to yet another Android device. Finally there is another device which looks to be the follow up the Brew-powered Smart.
We have no specs, pricing or release dates for any of these devices but we imagine that all will be revealed at Mobile World Congress next month and we will be there to bring you all the latest news
